Mini Session

Cancellation Policy

MINI SESSION DETAILS Each mini session includes a 30-minute portrait session and 5 professionally edited images. SESSION TYPE Mini sessions are conducted outdoors or at an agreed-upon on-location setting. In-home sessions are available for baby portraits only and include a basic backdrop and lighting setup. Studio sessions are not included. LOCATION & TRAVEL Sessions are based in Wayne, New Jersey and include travel within a 20-mile radius. Locations beyond this range will incur a $30 travel fee. Sessions located in New York City will incur an additional $20 fee. BOOKING & PAYMENT A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Zelle, or a secure payment link. Payments made via the payment link will incur a 3% processing fee (charged by the payment provider, not LoKi Creative Studio). EDITING & DELIVERY Each session includes 5 professionally edited images. Light retouching is included with all selected images. This includes basic skin smoothing, teeth whitening, eye enhancement, and overall color and stylistic adjustments consistent with LoKi Creative Studio’s visual style. Final images will be delivered within 7 days. ADDITIONAL IMAGES Additional images may be selected and edited for $25 per image. Raw (unedited) images are not provided under any circumstances. ADVANCED RETOUCHING Advanced retouching is available at $50 per image. This includes detailed edits such as skin retexturing, body reshaping, object removal, or any extensive manipulation beyond standard portrait enhancements. RESCHEDULING POLICY Clients may reschedule their session with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined above.
