**Refund Policy

LoKi Creative Studio**

At LoKi Creative Studio, every project is carefully scheduled to ensure a high-quality creative experience. Because our work requires advance preparation, blocked calendar time, and pre-production planning, our refund policy is designed to protect both your project timeline and our studio’s operational workflow.

1. Booking Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session or project date.
This deposit reserves dedicated time, resources, and preparation for your project and cannot be transferred to another client.

Deposits may be paid through approved third-party services such as PayPal.

2. Cancellations & Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is based on the cancellation time frame specified in your individual service agreement. Each type of project—photography, videography, design, or marketing—may have different notice requirements depending on scope and scheduling demands.

Typical cancellation windows range from 3–14 days or more before the scheduled service date.

Your specific contract will state the exact deadline required to qualify for a refund of any eligible amounts beyond the non-refundable deposit.

If the cancellation occurs after the notice window stated in your contract:

  • The deposit remains non-refundable

  • Additional payments (if any) may also become non-refundable

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on availability.
Your individual agreement will specify:

  • Whether reschedules are permitted

  • How far in advance they must be requested

  • Whether a rescheduling fee applies

Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

4. No-Show Policy

A client who does not arrive, participate, or make themselves available for their session or meeting without prior notice is considered a no-show.

No-shows forfeit:

  • the non-refundable deposit

  • any additional refundable payments as outlined in the contract

5. Project Termination by the Client

If you decide to discontinue the project after work has begun, refunds are not provided for:

  • time already invested

  • completed creative work

  • delivered drafts or concepts

  • pre-production tasks

  • administrative preparation

Any remaining unpaid balance for work already performed may still be due, as outlined in your project agreement.

6. Project Termination by LoKi Creative Studio

In rare circumstances where we must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive:

  • a full refund of all payments made including the deposit

  • or the option to reschedule without penalty

We do not issue refunds for changes in personal preference, subjective opinions about style, or results that differ from expectations, as all creative work is inherently interpretive.

7. Digital Deliverables

Due to the nature of digital products, all delivered photography, video, and design files are non-refundable, regardless of format or download status.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible cancellation, please email:

Include:

  • your full name

  • project type

  • scheduled date

  • reason for cancellation

Refunds for eligible cases will be processed through the original payment method.
