Cancellation Policy

To secure a project, session, or service, a nonrefundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer confirms your date and allows work to begin. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the session or project delivery milestone as outlined in your invoice or agreement. Dates are not held without a retainer and availability is offered on a first come basis. If project details, scope, or timeline need adjustment, please communicate as soon as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so in writing. If a project or session is canceled, the retainer is nonrefundable and any completed work or preparation will be billed. Rescheduling requests must be made at least seventy two hours before the scheduled session or milestone. One reschedule may be made at no additional fee if a suitable date is available within sixty days. Additional reschedules or rescheduling with less than seventy two hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee. If I must cancel for unforeseen reasons, your payment will be refunded or moved to a new date based on your preference. Please arrive on time for photography or videography sessions as late arrival may result in reduced session time without a price adjustment. If arrival is more than twenty minutes late without communication, the session may be considered canceled. If your desired date or timeframe is full, you may request placement on the waitlist. The waitlist does not require a retainer. When a date opens, clients are notified in order and must confirm within twelve hours with the required retainer or the date will be offered to the next client. Invoices must be paid according to the listed due dates and late payments may incur a fee or cause work to pause. Accepted payment methods will be listed in your invoice. Clients receive usage rights for personal or business use as outlined in the project agreement. Copyright and creative ownership remain with Loki Creative Studio unless otherwise specified in writing. Commercial licensing or extended usage permissions may require an additional fee. For outdoor sessions affected by weather or unsafe conditions, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost and the next available date will be selected together.
